This privacy policy applies to all business processes in Hair1, hereinafter referred to as the Controller.
The statement provides information about data processing carried out by the Controller and sets out the purposes and means of the processing, as well as data processing we do on behalf of our customers based on their instructions.
Processing of personal data is necessary in order for us to fulfill our contractual obligations and serve you as a customer. The personal data may also be used for the following purposes: Sales, contact with customer service, marketing, information, bookkeeping.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments and reviews
When visitors post comments/reviews on the website, the information provided in the comment form is stored, in addition to the IP address of the visitor and the visitor's browser version. This is done to avoid frivolous comments.
An anonymous text string generated on the basis of your email address (also called a “hash”) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you have an account there. Gravatar's privacy policy can be found here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment has been approved, your profile picture will be visible to everyone in connection with your comment.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images that contain information about where they were taken (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website can download and extract such information from images on the website.

Subcontractors
The controller also uses services provided by third parties. Here is an overview of subcontractors where information may be stored.
Gsuite by Google: Gsuite by Google is used, among other things, to manage emails and documents (G Drive). Information is stored in these systems, and e-mail correspondence or documents may be stored at Gsuite by Google.
Omnisend: Omnisend is used for email marketing or sending newsletters. Name and email may be shared with Omnisend.
Google Analytics: Google Analytics is used to analyze traffic. IP addresses and visitor patterns are stored.
Posten/Bring: We send packages with Posten/Bring and thus share information related to shipping such as name, phone number and address.
Vipps: When our store solutions are used together with Vipps, cookies are set by Vipps. More information on Vipps' pages.
Communication via e-mail and SMS
As a customer with us, you will be able to receive emails and SMS about your customer relationship. For example, we will send you emails/SMS in connection with orders you have placed, SMS with tracking number, forgotten password, information about your customer account, etc. This is defined as legitimate interest and consent will not be requested.
We also use e-mail for marketing and communication. As a customer of the Controller, you will periodically receive newsletters as long as you have given an active consent to this. It is possible to unsubscribe from newsletters by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails.
Access and rectification
You have the right to access the information that is registered about you. Access can also be obtained by sending a request to team@hair1.no. If the registered information is incorrect or incomplete, you can demand that the information be corrected in accordance with the Personal Data Act.
Storage and deletion
Information that is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was created is deleted from our systems.
