Returns and right of withdrawal

If you want to exchange the item you have received in a different size or color, or for another product, you must place a new order on our website.

You fill in the return form and send the item back to us. We will credit the return when it arrives at our warehouse, at the latest within 10 days. We recommend sending returns with tracking.
The return costs are covered by the customer.

Write your name and order number clearly on the return form. Make sure that the items you wish to exchange/return are unused and that all labels are attached. The return costs are covered by the customer.

Right of withdrawal

The Right of Withdrawal Act gives you the right to cancel your purchase. The right of withdrawal requires that you notify us no later than 14 days after you have received the delivery (withdrawal period). The goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received. If the return is correctly completed (in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act), the full price of the goods will be refunded to the buyer. The right of withdrawal form is enclosed in the order confirmation sent by e-mail. An item returned due to use of the right of withdrawal must be sold as new. (This means that you cannot use the item and then return it.) In practice, this means that it must be returned in the same condition and quantity as when you received the item, and as you would expect a new item to be delivered. If this is not adhered to, returned goods will be returned to the sender. We recommend sending returns with tracking.

The return costs are covered by the customer unless the seller is in breach of the agreement or the seller has, in accordance with the agreement, delivered a replacement item because the ordered item was not available.

In July, the processing time for returns may be somewhat longer than normal.
